Barn offers AC + fans (zero fly zone), Haygain hay steamer, hot water, 2 wash racks, lay-up stalls, A/C tack room, feed & hay storage, washer/dryer, large arena (108x186), round pen, 3 shaded grassy paddocks, &separate driveway with trailer parking. Jumper, dressage or retirement. Full board includes feeding your choice of hay and grain 4x/day w/ night check.(supplements not included). Stalls cleaned 2x/day, shavings replaced daily. Day turn-out as long as you wish between 7:30-4:30 in large grassy paddocks. Night turn out available. Fly masks/sheet blanketing as needed. Horse washed daily if needed. Stand for vet/farrier. Tack up/tack cleaning, washing after ride not included
