Additional parking (if available) will be at $30.00 per month / per parking space. One pet will be allowed not to exceed 25 lbs. The monthly Pet rent is $25.00 plus a non-refundable fee of $300.00. The security deposit of one month is subject to approved credit. Security deposit may be two months based on credit.
